Digital Resources has been immersed in the world of machine tools since our inception. It has been our bread and butter.  From retrofitting and updating old controls to translating archaic programming code to run on newer machines, we have tackled it all.

Example:
A customer with an existing NC Punch Press purchases a new one from a different manufacturer.  Our system automatically did the following:

• translated the older NC files to the (significantly) new format,
• re-mapped the tool station numbers to the new machine,
• optimized tool punching paths within the new NC programs
• re-calculated repositioning for the new punch that was appropriate for the different table size.

ALL AUTOMATICALLY and IN BATCH MODE !!

We can even read your old tapes and either graphically display or generate CAD drawings from them.
